Members of the Ontario Elementary Teachers` Federation (ETFO) voted in favour of centralized collective agreements with the Ontario government, the Ontario Public Schools Association and the Board of Trustee Associations: in short, collective bargaining protects your rights as a teaching worker. The ratification vote was successful in approrogating the extension agreement and thus changing the central conditions for the 2017-2019 school years.
