This beautiful Florida box turtle had to have her rear leg amputated as the bones were shattered. She moves really well and is recovering in an outdoor pen. Here she is getting her stitches out.

" Bugsy" was hit by a car the day before Easter. We had to place a feeding tube in him to speed up recovery as his injuries did not allow for outside time.
