A LARGE SNAPPING TURTLE

This large snapping turtle was flown to me on a private aircraft! His royal treatment will continue as he is radiographed and rehabbed. when we get him stronger and the leaches are removed he will be cleared by our vet for release. He has part of his upper beak gone. We must make sure he can eat on his own before future decisions are made.
